This course is an introduction to the theory of salutogenesis, which shifts the focus from illness to the factors that support and sustain health and resilience.
During the course we will explore core concepts such as comprehensibility, manageability, and meaningfulness and consider how these principles can be applied in personal, academic, and professional contexts. In addition to theoretical insights, the course offers practical tools and strategies designed to help you develop a proactive approach to maintaining your own well-being.
