Elina Sagne-Ollikainen

Elina Sagne-Ollikainen supports Arcada's researchers and the vast research and innovation activities together with the Dean at the Graduate School and Research at Arcada.

Her work at Arcada as a Specialist in Research, Development and Innovation entails working with funding applications for research and in enabling the work of research groups at Arcada. She provides support in application processes to researchers. She also works on creating new networks, consortias and collaborations with other universities and affiliated researchers together with the researchers and Deans at Arcada. Sagne-Ollikainen is preparing her PhD at Åbo Akademi, Finland within the Faculty of Law and the Institute for Human Rights on a part-time basis.

Currently she is involved in the two research groups at Arcada: one that studies compassion in organizations and, and another group related to the Trustworthy AI lab at Arcada. Sagne-Ollikainen has earlier represented Arcada in Arene – the Rectors’ Conference of Finnish Universities of Applied Sciences, working group for Sustainability in Research and Innovation.
